At Complete Family Law we take your privacy very seriously and we will only use your personal information to administer your account with us and to provide the products and services you have asked us to provide. In the course of our instruction we will hold information about you on our case management system. We are required to keep your data in electronic format and in paper files and make this available to our Accountants, the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman as part of routine audits and also if they undertake a specific investigation into Complete Family Law. We may also be required in other circumstances, including if an Order of the Court is made, to disclose the information which we hold about you on your files. If you instruct Complete Family Law we need you to agree that we can hold this information about you and disclose it as necessary to select third parties in these limited circumstances.

Our primary method of communication is by email. If you instruct Complete Family Law it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your email account and Complete Family Law can not be held responsible for other people having access to your documents if your account security is compromised. If you have any concerns we advise that a specific email address is set up for you to receive communications from us. If you remain concerned about security of your documents you can ask us to send some or all of your documents in hardcopy only.
